It took 14 years, but the cast of cult classic Wet Hot American Summer has finally reassembled on Netflix for the First Day of Camp. It’s hard to know how well the 2001 film will hold up as an eight-episode series, but the first magnificent photos of the star-studded cast stuffing themselves into the old costume are everything we dreamed of.

Netflix handed out the first photo set from the revival series, including Amy Poehler and Bradley Cooper reprising their roles as camp duo Susie and Ben, along with Paul Rudd’s Andy and Elizabeth Banks’ Lindsay, Christopher Meloni’s Gene, Molly Shannon, Joe Lo Truglio, Ken Marino and more. Why, there’s even Janeane Garofalo, and the famous can of mixed vegetables.

Also returning from the original 2001 David Wain-Michael Showalter classic are Frasier star David Hyde Pierce, Michael Ian Black, 30 Rock standout Judah Friedlander, Zak Orth, and Marguerite Moreau, and Showalter himself. As to the new cast, well, there’s Kristen Wiig, Chris Pine, Jon Hamm, Jason Schwartzman, John Slattery, Lake Bell, The Interview star Randall Park, Glee alum Jayma Mays, Michaela Watkins, Rob Huebel, The Good Wife star Josh Charles, Richard Schiff, Paul Scheer and director David Wain.

The 8-episode series will act as a prequel to the original (despite actors being 14 years older), taking place on the First Day of Camp, as opposed to the 2001 film’s last. Wain and Showalter will also write and direct the new 8-episode follow-up, all episodes going online July 17.

Marvel at the majesty of the above photos, check the teaser again below, and count down the days to Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp!
