Michael Bay's 'Pain and Gain' has just released a red-band NSFW trailer, and it shows something we already knew about the film: It was going to be a bit brutal. It's been almost a year since we first saw a picture of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson barbequing a hand, but that appears to be only one part of the demented goings on in the film, as evinced by this new trailer.

The story follows three bodybuilders (played by Mark Wahlberg, Johnson and Anthony Mackie), who convince themselves to kidnap a rich man (Tony Shalhoub) and take all his money. But like most stories about kidnapping, it does not seem to end well for anyone involved.

As we've said before, this is Michael Bay's "little" movie, his Coen Brothers movie, his attempt to do something besides show robots punching each other -- which has been his meal ticket for the last six years and counting. But, as you can tell from the trailer, no one does little bigger than Michael Bay. This looks over the top and silly, and it features Ken Jeong and Rebel Wilson as comic relief. Will it work? We'll know for sure when 'Pain and Gain' hits theaters April 26. Here's that trailer:
