Waiting really does suck, so thankfully 'True Blood' season 6 dusted off the old behind-the-scenes promotional campaign to keep things interesting right up until the June 16 premiere. The latest sneak peek of filming for the hotly anticipated sixth year of HBO's horror drama sees Alcide Herveaux (Joe Manganiello) asserting dominance in his new packmaster role, but is there dissent among the wolves already? Get the latest sneak peek of 'True Blood' season 6 inside!

'True Blood' will spurt out its sixth season premiere on June 16, but HBO has once again come to our rescue with a new preview of filming. Whereas the previous clip focused on Jason Stackhouse's aggressive pursuit of the mysterious Warlow, the newest look features Alcide making a commanding decision to keep young Emma in the pack, despite Rikki (Kelly Overton)'s objections. Still no sign of Luna, eh?

Manganiello recently told Entertainment Weekly of the upcoming season, “[Alcide]’s in charge of this unruly group of werewolves, and it’s not the best job in the world. I’ll just say that.” Manganiello also confirmed that his character would have more sex scenes, but “whether or not there are Hong Kong wires, I don’t want to give any of that away. But we definitely get into some territory that hasn’t been covered yet on True Blood. I thought I’d done it all, seen it all, but they somehow found a way to top last year.”
