Coop’s Return Rattles ‘Twin Peaks’ in New Showtime Revival Trailer

Let’s be honest; even those who’ve watched the entirety of Twin Peaks have a hard time figuring it out, to say nothing of whatever David Lynch greenlights for Showtime trailers. So, without further ado, here’s a bunch of concerned-looking people. Some of them are walking places. Others are Miguel Ferrer. We miss that guy.

Where prior looks at the May 21 revival concentrated on familiar faces, the latest actual footage of Showtime’s revival concentrates primarily on the newbies, but with a few exceptions. There’s Coop, silent as ever, but also the late Miguel Ferrer’s Albert Rosenfield, with David Lynch’s Gordon Cole at his side.

Twin Peaks star Madchen Amick’s return is also set alongside Dana Ashbrook, Sheryl Lee, Michael Horse, Sherilyn Fenn, the late Miguel Ferrer, David Patrick Kelly, Richard Beymer and fellow new additions Ashley Judd, James Belushi, Naomi Watts, Tom Sizemore, Laura Dern, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Peter Sarsgaard, Robert Knepper, Amanda Seyfried and Balthazar Getty.
