If you’re having trouble finding tickets to see Avengers: Endgame opening weekend, here’s an idea: Go late. Like, really late.

According to a press release, demand for Avengers tickets is so high that no less than 17 AMC Theatres around the country will remain open all weekend — a full 72 hours straight — to accommodate as many customers as possible. (29 theaters will be open around the clock from Thursday to Friday.) AMC claims that Endgame has already broken “nearly every conceivable pre-sales record at AMC, including setting the record for most presale tickets for any title in the Company’s 99-year history, days before the movie opens.”

I guess they really can do this all day.

A quick glance at ticket availability in the New York area reveals that if you are willing to go see the movie in the middle of the night, you can see the movie easily (“easily”) this weekend. And not just as AMC Theatres; the Regal Essex Crossing has a Saturday at 4AM screening that currently has one (1) ticket sold. You could stretch out, enjoy all three hours of Avengers: Endgame, and be done just in time to enjoy a hearty breakfast and the entire rest of the day. Just an option to consider, True Believers! And if you do go see Endgame at an obscene hour, please tell me about it on Twitter. I sincerely want to know how it is.
