A new, full trailer for Guillermo del Toro’s Crimson Peak will arrive online tomorrow morning, but we’ve got some things to help keep you patient until then. Universal and Legendary have dropped a few gorgeous, haunting new images from the film featuring Tom Hiddleston, Jessica Chastain and Mia Wasikowska. As an added bonus, there’s also a new motion poster, too.

The new images above highlight the gothic-horror-romance tone of Del Toro’s latest, long-awaited effort. Hiddleston, Chastain and Wasikowska all look appropriately lovely in their period garb — and the photo of Wasikowska in particular is quite stunning. That’s an image we caught a glimpse of in the first trailer, and I can’t wait to see what that’s all about in context.

There’s also a new motion poster below, featuring a quote from master of literary horror Stephen King, who gives Crimson Peak his seal of scary approval.

Check out the new motion poster for #CrimsonPeak, and look for the new trailer tomorrow!

When her heart is stolen by a seductive stranger, a young woman is swept away to a house atop a mountain of blood-red clay: a place filled with secrets that will haunt her forever. Between desire and darkness, between mystery and madness, lies the truth behind Crimson Peak.

Doesn’t that plot synopsis sound utterly romantic and eerie in equal measure?

Crimson Peak also stars Charlie Hunnam and Jim Beaver, and hits theaters on October 6.
