Now Hear This: ‘Girls’ Season One Soundtrack Playlist

If you're anything like us, you're really upset that 'Girls' is over and isn't coming back until next year. But you can relive the magic every day (at least until it hits DVD) with this handy playlist we've created featuring (almost) the entire soundtrack from season one.

Even better? We've put them all in order -- not just by episode, but in the order in which each song played in each episode. Was it time consuming? Yes. But we do these things because we love you and care about your aural health. Stop sticking Q-tips in there and gift your ears with this delightful compilation.

'Girls,' created by and starring Lena Dunham, has been a huge hit for HBO since its premiere in April. It follows Hannah Horvath and her friends Jessa (Jemima Kirke), Shoshanna (Zosia Mamet), and Marnie (Alison Williams) -- not to mention Hannah's shirtless weirdo boyfriend Adam (Adam Driver). The show is a genuine, strikingly relatable tale of friends in their early 20s in New York just, you know, trying to figure some stuff out and grow the hell up.

We've been reviewing it all season (check out this week's review of the finale), and having a blast with weekly 'Girls' Talks, featuring guest critics (and in one very special case, a guest boyfriend), where we dissect the lives and loves of these four ladies, and just as neurotically as they view themselves, we might add.

The soundtrack has featured such great artists as Best Coast, LCD Soundsystem, White Sea, MGMT, Jay-Z, Robyn, Belle & Sebastian, The Knife, Yelawolf, Mark Ronson & the Business Intl., Dragonette, The Vaccines, and Siouxsie and the Banshees.
