HBO gave us our best look yet at its upcoming tech comedy, 'Silicon Valley,' this past Sunday with a brand-new trailer for the Mike Judge-produced series, and now the network unveils another innovation. The ghost of Apple founder Steve Jobs makes a welcome return in the new poster for HBO's 'Silicon Valley,' as we meet our new icons!

From Entertainment Weekly, the first official poster for HBO's 'Silicon Valley' pays tribute to the legendary Steve Jobs, borrowing his iconic pose and outerwear to the tune "where everyone wants to be an icon." It certainly seems as if the pay cable network has a good deal of faith in the tech comedy, especially given HBO's lacking comedy lineup and the recent renewals of shows like 'Getting On' and 'Looking.'

‘Silicon Valley’ stars T.J. Miller, Thomas Middleditch, Judd Apatow vet Martin Starr, Josh Brener, Christopher Evan Welch, Amanda Crew, ‘The Office‘ star Zach Woods and ‘The Daily Show‘ vet Kumail Nanjiani. Premiering April 6 at 10:00 P.M. HBO’s newest comedy follows “the high tech gold rush of modern Silicon Valley, where the people most qualified to succeed are the least capable of handling success.”

Judge himself directed the pilot, co-executive producing with fellow ‘King of the Hill’ EPs John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky along with Alec Berg, Michael Rotenberg and Tom Lassally. In addition to the more existential breed of ‘Office Space’-type comedy glimpsed above, worth noting is that cast member Christopher Evan Welch died of lung cancer after filming on the first season, though the actor’s work will be preserved over the course of the show’s eight-episode debut.

Well, what do you think? Take a look at the official poster below, and tell us if you want to see Mike Judge's TV return in 'Silicon Valley'!
