Apart from Lilyhammer, we've yet to see any of Netflix's planned original content, including their much-touted 'Arrested Development' reunion, or even the Kevin Spacey political thriller 'House of Cards.  Perhaps the second most desirous to see (we really like 'Arrested Development') is the upcoming Eli Roth thriller series 'Hemlock Grove,' so while we've yet to see any footage, the cast continues to impress.   Want to know who's the latest on the block?

TVLine reports that horror magnate Eli Roth's upcoming Netflix series 'Hemlock Grove' has added 'Six Feet Under' star Lili Taylor to its ranks, in advance of the series 2013 debut.  Taylor will play a gypsy woman, and mother to a teenage boy ('Terra Nova’s Landon Liboiron) suspected in the murder of a young rich girl.

Set to debut in early 2013 and based on the original novel by Brian McReedy, ‘Hemlock Grove’ follows the murder of a young Pennsylvania girl near the former Godfrey steel mill. Suspected is an escapee from the “White Tower,” a biotech facility owned by the former steel magnates, while others believe the killer to be Peter, the teenage Gypsy boy from the wrong side of the tracks, who freakishly tells his classmates he’s a werewolf. Other suspects include Roman (Bill Skarsgard), the arrogant Godfrey scion, whose sister Shelley is disturbingly deformed and whose mother, Olivia (Famke Janssen), the otherworldly beautiful and controlling grand dame of Hemlock Grove.

Additionally, Dougray Scott will play Janssen’s character’s brother-in-law, and Australian actresses Freya Tingley and Penelope Mitchell take the role of a novelist and the rich teen’s cousin, respectively.

What say you?  Does the casting of a 'Six Feet Under' vet convince you to check out ‘Hemlock Grove’ when it arrives next year, or is it likely to be one big dud?  Give us your thoughts in the comments below!
