‘House of Lies’ Season 2: Matt Damon to Guest
Mixed as the critical reception to Showtime's 'House of Lies' might have been, there's no denying the show's success after both debuting its second season last night, and netting lead actor Don Cheadle with a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a TV series, Comedy or Musical. Now, with the second season of the smooth-talking series underway, 'House of Lies' is about to get some serious star-power with Don Cheadle collaborator Matt Damon! Find out who Damon plays on 'House of Lies' season 2 inside!
No, it isn't 'Ocean's 14,' but Don Cheadle and Matt Damon are once again going to play onscreen high-rollers. Following 'House of Lies' second season premiere, Showtime has announced that Damon will guest on the sophomore season in an upcoming episode as himself. The 'Promised Land' star will hire the services of the show's main team in order to to help him start a charitable organization to compete with fellow A-lister George Clooney.
Damon joins a star-studded season that already includes the likes of former 'The O.C.' star Adam Brody, former ‘House‘ star Lisa Edelstein, Nia Long, and Larenze Tate. 'House of Lies' season 2 began its run last night on Showtime, so check out a preview for the next episode, and tell us in the comments if you'll tune in to see Matt Damon's appearance!
