‘Iron Man 3′ Poster: Iron Patriot Stands Tall

A brand-new 'Iron Man 3' poster has just debuted online, featuring our man Don Cheadle looming large as Iron Patriot. Isn't it about time this guy gets the spotlight for a change? Check out the new poster in full after the break.

We still have some time before we get to see one of the most highly anticipated superhero movies of 2013 in theaters, but 'Iron Man 3' is revving back up its promotional material since debuting an extended look back during the 2013 Super Bowl.

In this new adventure for Tony Stark, the playboy, billionaire philanthropist is trying to put his life back in order after the emotionally scarring events of 'The Avengers.' Unfortunately, there's a new villain on the horizon -- Ben Kingsley as the Mandarin, and also a shifty-eyed Guy Pearce. After an attack on Stark's home leaves his arsenal of Iron Man suits in crumbles, he has to rely on his intellect alone to build himself brand-new weaponry with which to face his enemies.

But this isn't all just about Mr. Stark. Don Cheadle will be reprising his role as Rhodey (aka War Machine) and he's getting some new armor too: that new Iron Patriot suit we've seen in the previous trailers.
