Netflix’s plan to double its original content by 2016 proved undoubtedly ambitious, and it seems DreamWorks Animation may help it happen. The two have partnered up to add some major names to Netflix’s original programming slate, including a new Voltron series, as well as Guillermo del Toro’s Trollhunters project.

According to Variety, the new agreement between Netflix and DreamWorks will add both a number of original series and the studio’s feature films, as well as DreamWorks content to markets outside China. Among the new series, Netflix is said to be developing a “re-imagining” of the Voltron property, as well as del Toro’s Trollhunters, which “will unleash a new, fantastical world wrapped around two best friends who make a startling discovery beneath their hometown.”

Not only that, but the deal also expands the marketplace for existing series The Adventures of Puss in Boots, Dinotrux, and Dragons: Race to the Edge, while new series will be developed off DreamWorks movies, past, present and future.

Guillermo del Toro has his ladle in enough enough stews to give Trollhunters a unique flavor, but what should we expect from a new Voltron series?
