Agent Carter may not return to ABC anytime soon, but that won’t stop Marvel’s TV band from getting back together this fall. Not only do we know when Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 4 and all ABC’s other wares will premiere in 2016, but also when Hayley Atwell’s new legal drama Conviction will make Peggy proud.

At long last, ABC has given up the goods to reveal that Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 4 will premiere on Tuesday, September 20, now seated in its new, darker timeslot of 10:00 P.M. It remains to be seen if Peggy Carter will get any kind of proper send-off, but at least Atwell’s new series Conviction will debut on Monday, October 3 at 10:00 P.M.

Here’s the first trailer, incase you missed it:
