Marvel's 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' steadily built up the latter half of its first season with the 2014 arrival of Deathlok, Lady Sif and more, but it seams the March 4 premiere, "T.A.H.I.T.I.," may bring more marvels than we bargained for. Not only does the latest trailer's "Uprising" bring Bill Paxton in as S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent John Garrett and our first footage of Lady Sif, but a subtle clue may bring a Captain America cameo, as well!

First things first, the latest trailer for forthcoming 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' episodes subtly inserts a Captain America shield over the eagle logo in the closing moments, much as previews for 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D."s second episode, "0-8-4," teased the presence of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury with an eye patch over the eagle. We've naturally heard on multiple occasions that Marvel's 'Avengers'-adjacent TV series would logically connect to 'Captain America: The Winter Soldier,' though the shield tease would seem to suggest a much more direct link than we expected.

Elsewhere, the trailer also provides our first look at 'Thor' star Jaimie Alexander back in action as Lady Sif, though the character won't appear until March 11 episode "Yes Men," chasing the villainous Asgardian Lorelei (Elena Satine), who herself has been said to appear in tomorrow's "T.A.H.I.T.I." Either way, the eponymous 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' has plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks that fans themselves have no doubt built anticipation for.

Well, what say you? Do you think 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' has a Captain America cameo in its future, or is the latest trailer simply teasing us for the movie? Tell us what you want to see from the latter half of 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' season 1 in the comments, and stay tuned for the latest on this week's return installment!
