Six years in, it’s still a bit complicated keeping up with all of Game of Thrones’ rich history, which could well leave us in the lurch if Season 6 changes the map as much as we’d expect. Thankfully, new animated shorts from the Season 5 Blu-ray have emerged, chronicling both Robert’s Rebellion and the Many-Faced God dominating Season 6's promotional campaign.

Ahead of the Season 5 Blu-ray release, two of the fifteen animated Westeros shorts have emerged online, the first of which features Ser Barristan Selmy himself, Ian McElhinney, recounting the fall of Aerys the Mad King, followed by Robert Baratheon’s ascent to the throne. Another short sees Jaqen H’Ghar (Tom Wlaschiha) illuminating a bit about the Many-Faced God, whose prominence will only increase in Season 6.

Other shorts will see past Game of Thrones alum returning as well, among them Pedro Pascal (Prince Oberyn), Kerry Ingram (Shireen Baratheon), Harry Lloyd (Viserys Targaryen), Mark Addy (Robert Baratheon), Michelle Fairley (Catelyn Stark) and Jack Gleeson (Joffrey Baratheon).

In the meantime, you can pick up the Game of Thrones Season 5 Blu-ray on March 15, while Season 6 will debut on April 24.
