‘Leftovers’ Embraces the Resurrection Beard in First Season 3 Photo

We may not be ready to say goodbye to HBO’s The Leftovers after Season 3, but the Damon Lindelof rapture drama has one hell of a going-away present for Justin Theroux fans. Kevin Garvey is all about that Jesus look in shirtless new photos from the third and final season, ahead of the big move to Australia.

Not only did HBO share a behind-the-scenes photo of a bearded Theroux reclining in bed on the Austin set, so too did co-lead Carrie Coon tweet what appears to be the first formal photo from the final season. Kevin’s injuries may have miraculously healed, but what should we make of Nora’s arm?

And were there any uncertainty of the final season’s impending move:

Near of the entire Season 2 cast has been confirmed to return for the final year, though no word on who, or how anyone might end up in Australia beyond either Kevin Garvey (Theroux) or his father, Kevin Sr. (newly-elevated series regular Scott Glenn).

We’ll likely learn further details on the road to Season 3 (it also remains unclear if the eight-episode swan song has been pushed to 2017), but what should we expect from The Leftovers’ final season?
