‘Thor 2′ Trailer GIFs: Our Favorite Moments From the New Trailer

The new 'Thor 2' trailer has us pretty excited. It looks like a big improvement on the original and a continuation of the awesomeness that was 'The Avengers.' So as we watched this trailer again (and again), we decided to create some 'Thor 2' GIFs based off some of our favorite moments so far.

Instead of screencapping the new 'Thor 2' trailer, we decided to do something a little dynamic and instead create some animated GIFs of the best moments. Because this was just a teaser trailer, we don't learn much about the film's plot but we know (via Marvel) it will go something like this:

In the aftermath of Marvel’s “Thor” and “Marvel’s The Avengers,” Thor fights to restore order across the cosmos…but an ancient race led by the vengeful Malekith returns to plunge the universe back into darkness. Faced with an enemy that even Odin and Asgard cannot withstand, Thor must embark on his most perilous and personal journey yet, one that will reunite him with Jane Foster and force him to sacrifice everything to save us all.
