HBO’s ‘Girls’ Grow Up and Apart in New Final Season Trailer
The girls of Girls will no longer be girls by the time Girls comes to Girls’ end this February, but worse yet; they may not even be friends. The latest trailer for the sixth and final season of Lena Dunham’s life serial sees the four just barely hanging on, while Adam and his Kylo Ren hair makes things even more complicated.
HBO debuted a longer trailer for Girls Season 6's 2017 premiere on February 12, and no one appears to be on terribly friendly terms. Hannah naturally hasn’t forgiven Jessa or Adam for getting together, but Marnie at least appears to be getting back with Desi.
Elsewhere, relatively few details of Girls Season 6 have been revealed, other than an unexpected announcement that The Americans star Matthew Rhys would take part in an unknown role. Girls was also previously shooting in Florida, as we saw with writer-creator-star Lena Dunham’s Instagram posts.
In the meantime, Girls Season 6 will premiere on February 12, so watch the first trailer below, and stay tuned for more on the road to 2017.
