Late last week we had a chance to get up close and personal with Marvel's 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." recruit Grant Ward, and now it's time to meet the more Whedon-friendly tech pair backing up the team, Agents Leo Fitz (Iain de Caestecker) and Gemma Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge) with a new behind-the scenes video!

Capping off a day that brought us Marvel's 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D' Comic-Con 2013 poster, and the announcement that 'The Walking Dead' composer Bear McCreary will score the new Joss Whedon directed series, the new look at the 'Avengers' tie-in drama comes from HuffPostTV and offers an insight into the quirky pair that handle tech and biochemical matters for the team.

"They have a brother-sister relationship," says Henstridge of the pair, neglecting to comment on how well that tends to go for Joss Whedon characters. "They're just so enthusiastic about everything, I think they're very proud to be part of the team." Adds Caestecker, "they've kind of got their own language, which puts them in their own world aside from everyone else."

While we wait for this week’s Comic-Con panel, Marvel’s ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ features a cast that also includes Clark Gregg’s resurrected Agent Phil Coulson, as well as Whedon vet J. August Richards, ‘ER’ doc Ming-Na as veteran agent Melinda May, and Chloe Bennet as hacker Skye. Nick Fury himself, Samuel L. Jacksonpreviously stated that he expected to be involved in some small capacity, while ‘How I Met Your Mother‘ and ‘The Avengers‘ star Cobie Smulders remains open to the possibility. Even Sam Rockwell is game to reprise his ‘Iron Man’ role of Justin Hammer, by his own word.

You can go behind the scenes of 'Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.' to meet Fitz and Simmons in the video above, and stay tuned for our coverage from Comic-Con 2013!
