Just when we thought that Marvel's Netflix 'Daredevil' addition of 'Falling Skies' vet Peter Shinkoda in a mysterious new role would be the most Marvel TV news this week, the Man Without Fear's forthcoming Netflix series adds some serious new blood. Fresh off the imminent end of HBO's 'True Blood,' fan-favorite Deborah Ann Woll will sink her teeth into the lead female role of Marvel mainstay Karen Page.

Though it remains to b seen exactly what capacity Karen Page will appear in Netflix's 'Daredevil' series, Woll's new character had been introduced as early as the Marvel comic's first issue, and often acts as both secretary, and love interest to Matt Murdock ('Boardwalk Empire' star Charlie Cox). The characters was briefly featured in 2003's 'Daredevil' adaptation, then played by 'Grey's Anatomy' star Ellen Pompeo.

While 'True Blood' itself won't end until August 2014, Woll joins a cast that includes Cox, Shinkoda, 'The Hunger Games: Mockingjay' star Elden Henson as best friend Foggy NelsonVincent D'Onofrio as Kingpin Wilson Fisk, and Rosario Dawson's unknown character.

Apart from taking place in the same cinematic universe as ‘The Avengers‘ and ‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D,’ we know that each Marvel Netflix series will shoot 13 episodes, culminating in an eight-episode team-up with ‘The Defenders’ miniseries and bringing the total to 60 episodes (to start). Drew Goddard was replaced as showrunner by 'Spartacus' vet Steven S. DeKnight, though Goddard remains a consultant, while Melissa Rosenberg has been attached to the ‘Jessica Jones’ series. That leaves ‘Iron Fist’ and ‘Luke Cage’ without any major names confirmed, for the moment.

Well, what do you think? Is Marvel's 'Daredevil' TV series getting even more shapely with Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page? We might learn a few tidbits from Comic-Con 2014, but in the meantime, tell us what you want to see from the Man Without Fear when his new show debuts in 2015!
