These Stranger Things Facts Will Turn Your World Upside Down
You know Stranger Things, Netflix’s hit horror series. And you might remember the scene where the kids are racing bikes and the winner gets a copy of Uncanny X-Men #134. But did you know that comic was the first appearance of the Dark Phoenix, whose powers of telekinesis are very similar to those of Stranger Things hero Eleven. That’s just one of the strange facts on the latest installment of You Think You Know TV!
Originally the series creators, the Duffer brothers, planned to turn Stranger Things into an anthology series; each season would be set in a different location and follow different characters. But after the making of Season 1, and falling in love with their cast, they decided Season 2 would continue the story of Eleven, the Upside Down, and all the rest.
