Watch Marilyn Manson’s Bizarre, Out-of-Character ‘Eastbound and Down’ Cameo
We'd known of some impressive guest stars to throw heat during 'Eastbound & Down''s ongoing fourth and final season, but the latest could prove the strangest yet. Shock rocker Marilyn Manson dropped by this past Sunday's "Chapter 27" for a brief cameo as someone other than himself, perhaps even more unusually than his recent 'Talking Dead' appearance.
TMZ initially revealed the news of Manson's appearance on the Danny McBride-starring HBO comedy, though the music star only popped up in the most recent episode. Manson rolls onto screen as an unnamed "Jelly Beans" waiter asking to take Kenny and his wife April's trash, only to find himself on the end of one of Kenny's barbs, before rolling off.
Strange as it might be to see Manson take on the acting world, the "Dope Show" rocker (real name Brian Hugh Warner) has appeared in the past season of Showtime’s ‘Californication‘ as himself, with movie credits such as David Lynch’s ‘Lost Highway,’‘Jawbreaker,’ and Michael Moore documentary ‘Bowling For Columbine.’ He can also be heard in the current season of 'Once Upon A Time' voicing Peter Pan's nefarious shadow.
You can check out Marilyn Manson's brief and bizarre cameo in the footage above, and tell us in the comments what you think of 'Eastbound & Down''s final season! Would you want to see Manson pop up on the series again?
