‘Iron Fist’ Debuts Colleen Wing and the Meachums in New Photos

We’ve a few months yet to see if Marvel’s Iron Fist is up to the task of standing alongside the Netflix Defenders, but an early sneak peek should help tide things over. Meet Danny Rand, Colleen Wing and the Meachums, and check in with Claire with new photos from the March 2017 release.

IGN debuted a handful of new photos from the series, which feature Finn Jones’ Danny Rand and Jessica Henwick’s Colleen Wing spending time in the company of Rosario Dawson’s Claire Temple. Another shot also showcases Joy (Jessica Stroup) and Ward Meachum (Tom Pelphrey), but still absent is David Wenham’s Harold Meachum.

Now set for a March 2017 premiere, so reads the Iron Fist synopsis:

Returning to New York City after being missing for years, Daniel Rand fights against the criminal element corrupting New York City with his incredible kung-fu mastery and ability to summon the awesome power of the fiery Iron Fist.

Elsewhere, following the addition of Jessica Henwick as Colleen Wing, Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth, Jessica Stroup as Joy Meachum and David Wenham as Harold Meachum, past breakdowns also suggested Iron Fist would cast the roles of Shang Chi and “Steel Serpent.” Scott Buck will showrun Iron Fist, while reports suggested Jessica Jones writer Scott Reynolds will also have a hand on the creative side.
