Sweet Christmas, if ever we thought Marvel’s Netflix Jessica Jones to be holding out on us, the newest Defender goes all out by her second official trailer. Hell’s Kitchen’s booziest superhero smashes through an action-packed new sneak peek of Marvel’s next venture, giving us a taste of the franchise’s darkest, deepest chapter yet.

There’s an insane amount of action to take in amid the new trailer, which avoids its predecessor’s tendency to keep David Tennant’s Kilgrave in the shadows. We also get further hints of the relationship between Jones and Mike Colter’s Luke Cage, as well as Carrie-Ann Moss’ Hogarth, and the rest of Jessica’s inner circle.

So reads Marvel’s official Jessica Jones synopsis:

After a tragic ending to her short-lived super hero stint, Jessica Jones is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases involving people with extraordinary abilities in New York City.

Premiering all 13 episodes on November 20, Marvel’s Jessica Jones features Krysten Ritter in the title role, along with Mike Colter as Luke Cage, David Tennant as Zebediah Kilgrave, Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth, and Rachael Taylor as Patsy “Hellcat” Walker. Run creatively by Melissa Rosenberg, the series also features in recurring roles Eka Darville as Jessica’s neighbor, Erin Moriarty as a client, and Wil Traval as a police officer, while Rosario Dawson has been confirmed to reprise her role as Claire Temple.

We’ll have a more in-depth look at Marvel’s new Jessica Jones soon, but take in the latest photos and teasers below, and stay tuned for more from the November 20 premiere!
